Free Shipping on Every Order

 

Every UrbanDaash order ships free to the continental United States. No minimum spend. No exceptions. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

 

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email automatically.

US Delivery Timeframes

 

Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days

 

Delivery estimates are based on standard US carrier timelines. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to factors outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us and we will locate it and follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Order Tracking

 

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you have not received yours within 3 business days of ordering, email us at UrbanDaash@gmail.com and we will resolve it the same day.

30-Day Returns

 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund — no questions asked.

To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item

 

Step 1. Email UrbanDaash@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

Step 2. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions and a return label where applicable.

 

Step 3. Ship the item using the provided instructions.

 

Step 4. Refund processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the item you ordered, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. Email us a photo at UrbanDaash@gmail.com — resolved within 24 hours, guaranteed.
