Free Shipping — Every Order

Every UrbanDaash order ships free to the continental United States. No minimum order value. No hidden handling fee. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During high-volume periods, processing may extend to 3 business days — we will notify you if this applies to your order.

Delivery Timeframe

United States: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are based on standard carrier performance. Occasional delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs inspection. If your order has not arrived within 18 business days of dispatch, email us and we will investigate immediately.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed automatically once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, email UrbanDaash@gmail.com with your order number and we will locate it the same day.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. No interrogation. No restocking fee.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging to be eligible.

How to Return

Step 1. Email UrbanDaash@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2. We respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Step 3. Ship the item using the provided instructions.

Step 4. Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered — email us a photo at UrbanDaash@gmail.com. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours. Return shipping is covered by us in all fault cases.
