Shipping

 

Is shipping really free?


Yes. Every order ships free to the continental United States, with no minimum spend. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — nothing added at the end.

 

How long does delivery take?


Standard US delivery takes 7–14 business days. Every shipment is tracked from our warehouse to your door. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

How fast do you dispatch orders?


Every order is dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. If there is ever a delay on our end, we will contact you proactively — you will not need to chase us.

 

Can I track my order?


Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your order ships. If you have not received yours within 3 business days of ordering, email us at UrbanDaash@gmail.com and we will locate it immediately.


Returns & Refunds

 

What is your return policy?


You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund — no questions asked. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our full Shipping & Returns policy for step-by-step instructions.

 

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?


Email us a photo at UrbanDaash@gmail.com with your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours — no return shipping required when the fault is on our end.

 

How long do refunds take?


Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 2–3 business days to appear in your account.


Products

 

How do I know the products are good quality?


Every product in the UrbanDaash catalog is personally sourced and evaluated against our quality criteria before it goes live. We carry a deliberately small catalog — five products — because we would rather sell fewer things we fully believe in than many things we're indifferent to. If a product doesn't pass our standard, it doesn't get a name.

 

Why are your prices lower than brands like Anker or Belkin?


Because we don't charge the brand tax. Many premium accessories are manufactured in the same factories with the same components as our products — the price difference is marketing budgets, retail shelf fees, and logo licensing. We skip all of that and pass the saving directly to you.

 

Are your products compatible with my devices?


All UrbanDaash products are selected for US-market compatibility. Each product page lists full compatibility details. If you have a specific question about compatibility, email us before ordering — we will give you an honest answer.


Ordering & Payment

 

Is checkout secure?


Yes. Every transaction is processed through Shopify's SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. We never see or store your card details — your payment information goes directly to the payment processor, not through us.

 

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and any accelerated checkout options available through Shopify (including Shop Pay and Apple Pay where enabled).

 

Can I change or cancel my order?


Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do everything we can to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify it — but our 30-day return policy still applies.
