UrbanDaash is owned and operated as a US-market e-commerce store. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions are written to accurately represent the items we sell. Prices are set at our discretion and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service.

Compare-at prices shown on product pages reflect prices charged by third-party US retailers for comparable products in the same category. They are not former UrbanDaash prices.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment options shown at checkout. All transactions are SSL-encrypted. We do not store card details.

4. Shipping

We offer free tracked shipping to the continental United States on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Tracking is provided for every shipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. See our Shipping & Returns page for full instructions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — product copy, brand assets, and design — is the property of UrbanDaash. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

UrbanDaash is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable US law. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
